This flooded guest room in Lake Elsinore, CA  was the result of a broken pipe from the guest bathroom on the other side of the wall. Notice the extent of the water damage; the carpet was completely saturated. The after picture was taken only four days after the incident. We had to cut out dry wall that as affected.
